JFYU Contribution
JFYU delivered a comprehensive, tailored interior and exterior soft furnishing package for the Balance 482. Working within the performance parameters of this high-end sailing catamaran, Jo Fensham’s team developed ergonomic cockpit seating with integrated storage solutions, precision-fitted saloon upholstery that complements the vessel’s curved surfaces, and custom sleeping solutions optimized for comfort at heel angles. All elements were developed through collaborative design sessions with both the builder and owner, ensuring perfect alignment with the yacht’s performance characteristics and aesthetic direction. JFYU selected marine-grade materials featuring advanced stain resistance, quick-drying capabilities, and exceptional tactile qualities—elevating the onboard experience without compromising the vessel’s weight considerations or performance capabilities.
